1-1-       Objectives of the Leadership Course

At the end of this communication training course, our participants should be able to:

• Be familiar with leadership definitions from various perspectives
• Be aware of the content of leadership training
• Learn and take ownership of core leadership practices
• Take the opportunity to subscribe and be familiar with digital leadership skills and online leadership training courses
• Be able to identify their leadership style
• Learn and know how to delegate responsibilities and tasks.
• Understand how to get the best out of a team through effective and genuine motivation

1-2-       Main focus of the training course material

• Experiment a leadership quiz case study– Participants are encouraged to identify their leadership style and see how they fit in well with the 4 key leadership styles.
• Identify and avoid negative leadership experiences– Participants are told to focus upon their own negative leadership experiences in order to avoid them occurring within their own projects.
• Differentiate between a bad boss and a great leader
• Ascertain whether participants have adequate communication skills and determine how well they communicate with others.

It is important to emphasize that this session is interactive and although some elements of the session may come across as standard, the content allows us to deliver it in such a way that participants are constantly involved and active.
